Challenge
Outdoor Research needed a brand refresh that would help broaden their audience while maintaining their reputation as true trailblazers in the outdoor industry.

Approach
Understanding the perceived equity they had in their original logo, we set out to deliver a more flexible, modern digital solution that could bring flexibility and motion to the iconic mark and its visual identity.

Solution
We delivered a bold and dynamic update, revitalizing the monogram to frame moments of radical research. We also developed a more impactful and versatile stand-alone wordmark. A streamlined design system introduced a clearer, more confident visual language, giving the brand a fresh, new look.
